Bhairav Kunda -means in a holy lake named after a destructive na
me of lord Shiva the "Bhairav". It is located to the northeast of Kathmandu next to the Panch Pokhari and closer to Nepal-Tibetan border. Trek starting point is Jalbire in the Araniko Highway. Jalbire is a traditional small town full of "Newari" culture. Where you can see an excellent view of mountains and you will observe the different ways of life, culture passing through the dense forestations and grazing lands. The top of Bhairab Kund offers an admirable view of Rolwaling range, Jugal himal and some mountains of Tibet as well. On the last day of the trip we take a bus ride back to Kathmandu from Larcha.

Day 05: Chanaute – Khanigaun (2000m/6562ft) 05:00 hrs.
Day 06: Khanigaun- Rest day.
Day 07: Khanigaun - Forest Camp(3150m/10334ft) 05:00 hrs.
Day 08: Forest camp - Pati (3950m/12958ft) 06:00 hrs.
